Bloomhavn respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Bloomhavn mobile application (“Bloomhavn,” “the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Information We Collect

Bloomhavn does not collect, transmit, store, sell, share, or use any personal information.

The App does not collect:

- Names, email addresses, or other contact information
- Account or profile information
- Location information
- Photos, contacts, or files
- Device identifiers or advertising identifiers
- Gameplay analytics or usage data
- Diagnostic or crash-reporting data
- Browsing or search history
- Financial or payment information

Bloomhavn does not require users to create an account.

2. Local Data Storage
Game progress, preferences, achievements, purchased content status, and other gameplay information are stored locally on your device.
This information is not transmitted to or stored on servers operated by Bloomhavn.
Deleting the App may permanently delete locally stored game data. Depending on your device and system settings, some App data may be included in backups managed by Apple. Those backups are controlled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s privacy practices.

3. In-App Purchases
Bloomhavn may offer optional in-app purchases.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Bloomhavn does not receive or store your payment card number, billing address, or other financial credentials.

4. Advertising and Tracking
Bloomhavn does not display third-party advertising.
The App does not track users across apps or websites and does not use advertising identifiers, tracking technologies, cookies, or behavioral profiling.

5. Analytics and Third-Party Services
Bloomhavn does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or data-collection services.
Apple may independently process certain information when you download the App, use App Store services, make a purchase, or use device backup features. Such processing is controlled by Apple and is not performed by Bloomhavn.

6. Children’s Privacy
Bloomhavn does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.
Because the App does not collect personal information, no personal information from children is transmitted to or stored by Bloomhavn.

7. Data Security
Because Bloomhavn does not operate servers or collect personal information, we do not maintain a remote database of user data.
Locally stored information is protected by the security features of your device and operating system. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices.

Bloomhavn does not maintain personal information on its servers. Therefore, there is no remotely stored personal information to access, correct, export, or delete.
You may remove locally stored App data by deleting Bloomhavn from your device. Data retained in device backups must be managed through your Apple account and device backup settings.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if Bloomhavn’s features or data practices change.
Any updated version will be published with a revised effective date. If a future version of Bloomhavn begins collecting information, this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before those practices are introduced.
